Yes, we specialize in creating personalized financial plans that align with your specific goals and financial situation for optimal results. No matter where you are starting from! Trust there is a way out of debt and into freedom.
What are the credentials and training requirements for your advisors?
Our mentors meet all standard advisory qualifications, such as FINRA registrations (including Series 7 and 65), as well as credentials like CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner). Many of our mentors bring additional experience from outside the financial industry, including fields like social work and behavioral training. This unique expertise is critical, as we recognize that managing money is both a psychological and practical journey. Our selection process is rigorous; we prioritize compassionate and dedicated individuals who align with our core values, ensuring they place clients’ best interests at the forefront.
How do you prevent conflicts of interest related to fund recommendations?
We understand this concern well, and it's one of the most common questions. To address this, we ensure our team has aligned incentives. We are Limited Partners (LPs) in each of the funds we offer, reflecting our belief that these funds represent the best options. If a fund does not align with a client’s needs, we work to find or establish a relationship with a better-suited fund or waive our fee to ensure the client’s best interest is met. Additionally, we negotiate consistent, lower-than-standard fees (about 0.5% lower) across all funds to eliminate any incentive for advisors to recommend one fund over another. Our commitment is always to the client’s success, not profit alone.
How is your model different from other firms that earn from fund fees, like Ameriprise?
We operate on a different principle: most of our revenue isn't earned from commissions, especially in clients’ early financial journeys. Instead, we focus on ensuring they build a solid foundation through accessible, low-cost investments, such as index funds, and by setting up essential protections. While we might offer services like insurance policies or trust and estate planning referrals, we intentionally limit our earning potential at this stage, prioritizing our clients' stability and growth.
Since approximately 80% of our clients aren’t accredited investors initially, many high-fee or alternative funds aren’t suitable for them. Our goal is to build lifelong relationships, guiding clients from debt and no financial security to long-term financial health and generational wealth protection.
Are you genuinely committed to placing clients’ needs above profit?
Yes, we are. This commitment shapes everything we do, from our hiring and partnership standards to our clients’ financial planning. For instance, we sometimes forgo potential revenue to provide better options for our clients. Our belief is that prioritizing our clients' well-being ultimately leads to our success. To maintain this focus, we are extremely selective about who joins our mentorship team and which funds we recommend. If anyone is found to act against client interests, we promptly remove them from our program. Our mission is to support clients in achieving financial freedom and security, and we’re dedicated to upholding that mission every step of the way.
